No worries, I just wanted to know if there was a feature in advanced options or something. Thanks for all the information and explanation my friend, now I understood! you can have multiple packages with same name with different directories. but please know that package name and directory are not connected. directories are assigned to packages and links are part of the package, thus all links of a package share the same directory. JDownloader still supports subfolders but you will have to place each subfolder in its own package in list. basically would require rewrite of many controlling/model/gui parts. current controller/model is heavily optimized to even support hundrets of thousands and millions of links in list but subfolders would create complex problems and no longer current package(folder) with multiple links(within that folder) would make sense. Subfolders would require complex changes and also have huge impact on performance. Short: no, that's not possible and there are no plans to support this. Thank you in advance for all your time and help. The folder GLOBAL FOLDER has a file in it, otherwise it would disappear. I have the packagizer enabled (it came with the default installation). I have also tried selecting folder 1 and folder 2, right click > "other" > "move to new package" > name of the new package: GLOBAL FOLDER, but the result is the same. I have tried to select folder 1 and folder 2 and drag it inside the GLOBAL FOLDER, but it merges making disappear the folders folder 1 and folder 2 and the result is: Inside each folder there is 1 (or more) file.Īnd I need to put these 2 folders inside the folder GLOBAL FOLDER. In the link grabber, I have 2 folders, folder 1 and folder 2. I want to apply it to hundreds of files, but I will put a simpler example:
